Will my enchanted ears arrive before my trip?

Enchanted ears ship within 8 days (3-5 business days, plus 3 days for processing). Once the item is shipped, it will take 3-4 days to arrive.

Priority or First Class mail?

Priority is the more expensive option but choosing Priority will ensure that your ears will arrive in 2-3 days, depending on your location. First Class Mail is the cheapest option and your package will arrive within 3-4 days.

I don't want my ears anymore. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but be aware that the cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of making the purchase and that there is a cancellation fee of $5.

Can I request to have the 3D figures removed from my enchanted ears?

Yes you can! However, please message me before purchasing so I can ensure that this change can be made.
